What You will be Doing:
Utilizing your leadership experience & skillsets, you will be accountable for the overall leadership of the organization including, development and implementation of operational & strategic plans, human resources, financial planning, promotion and marketing of services and risk management.
Qualifications & Education:
Degree or Diploma in Business or related education/experience, Not for Profit management is an asset.
Knowledge of commercial finance and lending.
Experience leading team(s), including delegation of work, overseeing progress towards goals and coaching your team.
Experience and efficiencies in the development, promotion and delivery of training & marketing initiatives.
Excellent listening, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and online meeting programs
Must have access to motorized transportation as position entails travel throughout the region.
