CFCWest supports the innovation & growth of entrepreneurs, and their businesses located in the CFCWest region through programming, developmental lending, and project research & development.

What You will be Doing:

 Utilizing your leadership experience & skillsets, you will be accountable for the overall leadership of the organization including, development and implementation of operational & strategic plans, human resources, financial planning, promotion and marketing of services and risk management. 

Qualifications & Education:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business or related education/experience, Not for Profit management is an asset.

  • Knowledge of commercial finance and lending.

  • Experience leading team(s), including delegation of work, overseeing progress towards goals and coaching your team.

  • Experience and efficiencies in the development, promotion and delivery of training & marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent listening, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and online meeting programs

  • Must have access to motorized transportation as position entails travel throughout the region.
